Terms and Conditions for Mini Egg Butter Easter Giveaway

1. Eligibility

   • This Mini Egg Butter Easter Giveaway competition is open to residents of the UK, aged 16 years or over.

   • Employees of The Yorkshire Kitchen, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

     
     

2. How to Enter

   • Entry is via our social media channels (you can enter on one, or across all of them): Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

   • To enter, participants must follow our account on the relevant social media channel, like the post and tag a friend in the comments.

   • Multiple entries from the same person on the same social media platform will not be accepted, but the same person can apply across all 3 of our social media channels.

   • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

     
     

3. Competition Period

   • The competition opens 16:00 on 11^th March 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 25^th March 2026.

   • Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

     
     

4. Prize

   • One winner will receive the prize bundle: 3 x Mini Egg Butters 180ml, 1 x Chocolate Butter 180ml, 1 x Salted Caramel Butter 180ml, 1 x Honey & Cinnamon Butter 180ml, pack of 5 x Cadbury Crème Eggs, 1 x Mini Egg Easter egg, 1 x 74g bag of Mini Eggs, 1 x 360g Mini Egg Chocolate Bar.

   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

     
     

5. Winner Selection

   • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.

   • The draw will take place on 26^th March 2026.

   • The winner will be notified via social media within 2 days of the closing date.

   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to redraw.

     
     

6. General Conditions

   • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

   • The Yorkshire Kitchen reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

   • The Yorkshire Kitchen’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   • The Yorkshire Kitchen is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete.

     
     

7. Data Protection

   • Personal data provided during the competition will only be used for administering this competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.

   • By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

   • Participants release the social media platforms from any responsibility related to the competition.
