Delivery is £4.99 for orders under £30.
For any orders over £30 delivery is free, and is automatically applied at checkout.
We try to get orders shipped out to you as soon as possible, which is typically within 2 working days, however during busy periods this may be slightly longer.
Please note, the shipping price reflects the true cost. We don't profit on getting delicious butter to your door. Orders placed from Thursday - Sunday will be posted on Monday. Orders placed Monday - Wednesday are generally posted the next working day.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are food items, we can only accept returns where an item is damaged, faulty, or not as described.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We may ask for photographic evidence to help us assess the issue.
Where damage or fault is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. In most cases, customers will be asked to safely dispose of the affected product, and no return or return postage will be required.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days once the issue has been verified.
