For our whisky butter, we have collaborated with Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery to use their Filey Bay Flagship single malt whisky. The tasting notes of caramel, honey and vanilla pull through to our classic light, fluffy butter.

Serving suggestion
Spread over a slice of fruit cake or a shortbread biscuit for a sweet addition.
 
Ingredients
Butter 36% (milk), sugar, vegetable oil,  whisky 8%. May contain nuts.
 
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4-6 weeks.
Products will arrive with around a 5 month shelf life.
